NONPROFESSIONAL GAMBLING

Connecticut state law specifies nonprofessional gambling – family, friends, classmates, coworkers, neighbors, and other bona fide social relationships (CGS § 53-278b). All bets and games are required to be run by the players themselves, with no player fees or house edge.
